Rakib needs laparoscopic endometriosis surgery at Varanasi Regional Medical Center and the family is $450 short of the hospital's estimate.

Rakib was diagnosed with a deviated septum causing chronic infections in June. The surgeon at Varanasi Regional Medical Center recommended laparoscopic endometriosis surgery, and He is scheduled for July. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $900, and after what my employer's plan will pay we're still $450 short.
my brother has been in and out of Varanasi Regional Medical Center since June. The doctors say a deviated septum causing chronic infections will get worse without laparoscopic endometriosis surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $900 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Rakib struggles with daily life and can't lift anything heavy. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
The recovery period is expected to take about 3 weeks. During that time Rakib won't be able to lift anything heavy, so the costs keep growing.
I'll pay the hospital and pharmacy directly and post every receipt in the updates section.
Where the $450 goes:
• Travel and lodging for the family: $25
• Post-operative medication: $40
• Surgeon and anesthesia fees: $385
Glad we found this place.

Good luck, Tanvir. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. After 17 years in customer support I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Take care
