Standing with Amelia: stage 3 ovarian cancer treatment costs

Amelia was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer in December. The oncology team at Columbus Regional Medical Center has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in March. She will be away from work for about 8 weeks.
Amelia is 36, worked as a cleaner at a hospital until December, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Columbus Regional Medical Center 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.

• Transport to Columbus Regional Medical Center: $380
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $530
• Scans and lab work: $1,140

Transport to Columbus Regional Medical Center is $380 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page. Fair thing to want to know.
