Addison was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer in March. The oncology team at San Diego Regional Medical Center has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in July. She will be away from work for about 12 weeks. Addison is 47, worked as a primary school teacher until March, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to San Diego Regional Medical Center 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.       Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. chemotherapy and medication not covered comes first ($6,000) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. Thanks, that means a lot.
