I'm Juma. Nyambura is an elderly neighbor of mine, and speaks Spanish but little English. We have a follow-up after surgery on Wednesday in Arusha and the hospital's interpreter service has a long wait.
Someone who could come for about an hour, translate what the doctor says and what Nyambura wants to ask, would make this so much less frightening. We can pay for your transport and a coffee.
