I earned a place in Form 4 at Kanpur Girls' High School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the mathematics course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $150, which is more than we have.
I love mathematics and want to become a pilot. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $150 goes:
• Laptop: $75
• School uniform and shoes: $20
• Textbooks and workbooks: $35
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $20
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Thinking of you and your family. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. After 19 years in logistics I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Thinking of Kanpur
I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I hope June is when things finally get easier. All the best
