Quezon City
I earned a place in Grade 9 at Quezon City Technical College, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the chemistry course, and a uniform. My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $200, which is more than we have. I love chemistry and want to become a nurse. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours. I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard. I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything. Where the $200 goes: • Laptop: $105 • School uniform and shoes: $35 • Textbooks and workbooks: $50 • Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $10 You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it. - Cecilia
