Help Saima replace the transmission and return to work
Without my ride-share car Saima can't work; a $200 repair would put her back on the road.

I make my living with my ride-share car. 7 weeks ago the transmission failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $200. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my two daughters and my mother. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $200 goes:
• Towing and inspection: $20
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $35
• transmission replacement (parts): $145
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

Sending love. I hope things turn around soon. After 11 years in engineering I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
your post was clear and honest. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Thinking of Multan.
