Sunny is my three-legged dog of nine years. On 20 August we rushed to London Animal Hospital with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $2,400. They have stabilized Sunny, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Sunny is more than a pet - Sunny is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $250 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to London Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Sunny's recovery. Where the $2,400 goes: • Emergency surgery: $1,250 • Hospitalization (2 nights): $630 • Medication and follow-up visits: $280 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $240 Glad we found this place.
