Save Rosie: Dwi can't afford the emergency vet

Rosie is my dog of thirteen years. On 23 March we rushed to Surabaya Veterinary Centre with severe tick fever. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $300. They have stabilized Rosie, but the treatment can't wait beyond July. Rosie is more than a pet - Rosie got me through my hardest year. I have already put $55 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
