Therapy fund for Ruth: 20 sessions with a licensed counselor
Ruth is working through the death of both parents and needs help paying for 20 sessions with a licensed counselor.

After the death of both parents, Ruth has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at the Jimma Counselling Collective cost $15 each.
Ruth has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Ruth could afford. The therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Ruth, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
