Save Poppy: Fernando can't afford the emergency vet

Poppy is my senior cat of two years. On 29 August we rushed to Barcelona Veterinary Centre with a foreign object blocking the intestines. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $1,250. They have stabilized Poppy, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Poppy is more than a pet - Poppy is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $120 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Barcelona Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
