Save Max: Hari can't afford the emergency vet

Max is my rabbit of nine years. On 3 September we rushed to Mumbai Animal Hospital with bloat. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $150. They have stabilized Max, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Max is more than a pet - Max is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $50 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to Mumbai Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Max's recovery.
