Save Max: Oliver can't afford the emergency vet
Please help Oliver pay for Max's emergency treatment at Birmingham Animal Hospital.

Max is my three-legged dog of six years. On 21 August we rushed to Birmingham Animal Hospital with severe tick fever. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $2,250.
They have stabilized Max, but the treatment can't wait beyond October.
Max is more than a pet - Max is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $260 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Birmingham Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Max's recovery.
Where the $2,250 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $1,300
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $470
• Medication and follow-up visits: $200
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $280
