Save Hazel: Uzma can't afford the emergency vet

Hazel is my senior cat of thirteen years. On 25 July we rushed to Multan Animal Hospital with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $250. They have stabilized Hazel, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Hazel is more than a pet - Hazel is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $45 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
