Save Daisy: Paloma can't afford the emergency vet
Daisy, Paloma's German shepherd, needs urgent treatment for bloat costing $1,900.

Daisy is my German shepherd of eleven years. On 14 March we rushed to Santa Fe Veterinary Centre with bloat. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $1,900.
They have stabilized Daisy, but the treatment can't wait beyond May.
Daisy is more than a pet - Daisy is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $210 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Santa Fe Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $1,900 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $990
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $500
• Medication and follow-up visits: $280
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $130
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Thinking of Santa Fe.
