Save Archie: Leo can't afford the emergency vet
Archie, Leo's senior cat, needs urgent treatment for pyometra costing $2,650.

Archie is my senior cat of nine years. On 26 August we rushed to Aberdeen Veterinary Centre with pyometra. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $2,650.
They have stabilized Archie, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Archie is more than a pet - Archie is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $105 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Aberdeen Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $2,650 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $1,950
• Hospitalization (4 nights): $210
• Medication and follow-up visits: $220
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $270
