Rides to dialysis three times a week for Nur in Ubud

A rota of drivers to the Ubud Dialysis Unit would keep Nur on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.

Nur has been on dialysis for 2 years and until recently drove to the Ubud Dialysis Unit alone. After surgery on their hand, Nur can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week. We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 4 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 26 km each way. Nur is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food. Please say which day works for you in the comments. Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
