Rides to dialysis three times a week for Misaki in Kyoto
Misaki needs dialysis three times a week and has lost the ability to drive; volunteer drivers can each take one day.

Misaki has been on dialysis for 5 years and until recently drove to Kyoto Regional Medical Center alone. After surgery on their hand, Misaki can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 4 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 34 km each way.
Misaki is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.
Glad we found this place.

sending love, Ayumi. Looking forward to the next update. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money
You're not alone, Ayumi. I hope things turn around soon.
Thinking of you and your family. I hope things turn around soon. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
