One semester away: help Bảo graduate from Hanoi Community College
Bảo is two terms away from finishing a degree in civil engineering but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $650.

Bảo is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a degree in civil engineering at Hanoi Community College, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $650.
The registrar has said Bảo can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Bảo has a 3.9 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Bảo would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Bảo isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Hanoi Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $650 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $185
• Final term tuition: $410
• Exam and lab fees: $35
• Textbooks and materials: $20
