Rides to dialysis three times a week for Leah in San Diego
A rota of drivers to the San Diego Dialysis Unit would keep Leah on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.

Leah has been on dialysis for 5 years and until recently drove to the San Diego Dialysis Unit alone. After an eyesight problem, Leah can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 19 km each way.
Leah is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
