Rides to dialysis three times a week for Hazel in Los Angeles
Hazel needs dialysis three times a week and has lost the ability to drive; volunteer drivers can each take one day.

Hazel has been on dialysis for 4 years and until recently drove to Los Angeles Regional Medical Center alone. After a minor stroke, Hazel can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 4 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 18 km each way.
Hazel is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.

Thinking of you, Adrian. I hope things turn around soon. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. God bless.
