Renato's final semester of a law degree in Rio de Janeiro

Renato is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a law degree at Rio de Janeiro Polytechnic, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $750. The registrar has said Renato can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Renato has a 3.8 average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Renato would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Renato isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Rio de Janeiro Polytechnic bursar's office.
