He has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,050. The registrar has said Raúl can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Raúl has a top-ten-percent average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Raúl would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Raúl isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the the Bucaramanga Institute of Technology bursar's office.
