A disconnection notice for electricity and water arrived and Lincoln needs $650 before October.

The electricity and water account is 4 months behind. Lincoln received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $650 is paid. He had never been late before August's medical emergency.
Lincoln called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $130 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without electricity and water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
Lincoln is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
