Pro bono tenant-rights lawyer needed for Jayanthi's case in Maharashtra

Jayanthi is facing an unpaid wages claim and cannot afford a lawyer; a tenant-rights lawyer willing to review the case for free could make the difference.

I'm facing an unpaid wages claim, with a hearing on July. I earn too much to qualify for legal aid on paper, but not nearly enough to pay a lawyer's retainer. I'm looking for a qualified tenant-rights lawyer licensed in Maharashtra who might be able to review my documents, prepare me for the hearing, or take the case pro bono or on a reduced fee. I've organized my documents chronologically, and I'll share them with the lawyer who agrees to help. I can travel to your office in Pune or meet online. I understand that the time of a lawyer is valuable, and I'm deeply grateful for any help or for suggestions of organizations that could assist. I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

    Amazing support system

I was going through a tough time and this person's support was invaluable. They didn't judge, just helped. That kind of genuine compassion is rare these days.
