Polish to English translation of a police clearance letter for Elaine
I need a police clearance letter translated from Polish into English for a medical appointment. It's about 5 pages. Can you help?

I'm Elaine, and I live in Campinas. For a medical appointment I have to submit a police clearance letter in English, and the original is in Polish. A certified translator quoted me more than I can pay.
It's about 5 pages and not technical. If you speak both languages well, I'd be so grateful for your time, even if you can't give an official certification. I can tell you if the office needs a stamp, and I'll try to find someone to do just that afterwards.
I'm in no rush if you tell me roughly when, but the deadline is about 5 weeks away.
Even a few minutes of your time means a lot.

Native speaker here. Happy to help with a few pages in the evenings. Just let me know.

I speak both languages fluently and could do this over the weekend. Flexible on timing.
