Pixel's a broken leg after a road accident: help with the vet bill
Pixel, Murat's cat, needs urgent treatment for a broken leg after a road accident costing $550.

Pixel is my cat of three years. On 16 September we rushed to the Istanbul Emergency Vet Clinic with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $550.
They have stabilized Pixel, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Pixel is more than a pet - Pixel walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $50 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Istanbul Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $550 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $360
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $150
• Medication and follow-up visits: $25
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $15
With deep gratitude,
Murat

Give Pixel a hug from me. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money.
Take care. Looking forward to the next update. After 20 years in logistics I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
a colleague of mine might know someone for this in Istanbul. I'll ask around and let you know
