The registrar has said William can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. William has a 3.9 average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term William would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. William isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Rochester State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
