One semester away: help Shilpa graduate from Nagpur State College

Shilpa is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying an agriculture degree at Nagpur State College, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $410. The registrar has said Shilpa can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Shilpa has a top-ten-percent average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Shilpa would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Shilpa isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Nagpur State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
