One semester away: help Maricel graduate from Manila Community College

Maricel is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a nursing degree at Manila Community College, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $300. The registrar has said Maricel can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Maricel has a 3.9 average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Maricel would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Maricel isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Manila Community College bursar's office.
