Volunteer day: Free Community Meal, Bergamo
Our small team in Bergamo is running the Free Community Meal and needs volunteers for set-up, serving and clean-up.
🇮🇹 Lombardy, Italy546 views
Every year the Free Community Meal brings together 148 neighbors in Bergamo. I help organize it with 10 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for serving food, washing up and welcoming guests. Shifts are two to three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a family-friendly day, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
