One semester away: help Igor graduate from Kyiv State College
Igor has worked and saved for four years to study an agriculture degree; a $1,250 gap now stands between him and graduation.

Igor is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an agriculture degree at Kyiv State College, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,250.
The registrar has said Igor can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Igor has a 3.6 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Igor would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Igor isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Kyiv State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
