One semester away: help Francisco graduate from the San Diego Institute of Technology
Francisco has worked and saved for four years to study a master's in public health; a $4,700 gap now stands between him and graduation.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying a master's in public health at the San Diego Institute of Technology, and I'm one term away from graduating. I have worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $4,700.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a 3.6 average, and my professor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the the San Diego Institute of Technology bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $4,700 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $1,500
• Final term tuition: $2,650
• Exam and lab fees: $390
• Textbooks and materials: $160
I hope life is good to you.

Shared this with my family. After 18 years in hospitality I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
Thinking of you. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I hope September is when things finally get easier. Take care

So sorry you're going through this. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Take care.

You're not alone, Francisco. Shared this with my family. We're a small family in Hubballi but we're thinking of you.
Hope you get there. I'm in customer support myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. All the best
You're not alone. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Thinking of San Diego.
