Ngọc's final semester of a law degree in Hải Phòng
A first-generation student, Ngọc needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of a law degree.

Ngọc is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a law degree at Hải Phòng Community College, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $450.
The registrar has said Ngọc can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Ngọc has a first-class average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Ngọc would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Ngọc isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Hải Phòng Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Ngọc.
It's all in the list in the story. exam and lab fees is the big one at $25, I'll post a receipt when it's paid. Let me know if you want more detail.
