My tuk-tuk: Habib's only way to earn a living
Without my tuk-tuk Habib can't work; a $155 repair would put him back on the road.

I make my living with my tuk-tuk. 8 weeks ago the fuel pump failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $155. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my younger brothers and sisters. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $155 goes:
• fuel pump replacement (parts): $125
• Labor charges: $25
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $5
Glad we found this place.

Wishing you the best, Habib. Hope you make a strong comeback. Put this on a community board in Santos this morning. Thinking of Bogra.
Thinking of you. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. After 15 years in teaching I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Greetings from Lucknow.
thanks for sharing this, Habib. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier.
