My ride-share car: Pedro's only way to earn a living
Without my ride-share car Pedro can't work; a $250 repair would put him back on the road.

I make my living with my ride-share car. 5 weeks ago the fuel pump failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $250. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my 2 children. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $250 goes:
• Towing and inspection: $15
• fuel pump replacement (parts): $185
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $50

Small update. $86 so far, I made the first payment toward fuel pump replacement.
Quick update: $50 raised so far (20%). the plan for road tax and insurance renewal is now scheduled. Receipts coming as soon as I have them.
