My motorbike: Grace's only way to earn a living

Without my motorbike Grace can't work; a $200 repair would put her back on the road.

I make my living with my motorbike. 7 weeks ago the engine head gasket failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $200. Without the vehicle I earn nothing. I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask. I support my 1 children. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working. I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here. I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update. Where the $200 goes: • engine head gasket replacement (parts): $105 • Labor charges: $50 • Road tax and insurance renewal: $25 • Towing and inspection: $20 Glad we found this place.
