Don't let Heather's family go through the cold months without gas

The gas account is 4 months behind. Heather received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on March unless $600 is paid. She had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Heather called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $120 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through the cold months without gas isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
Heather is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
