Don't let Heather's family go through the cold months without gas

Heather called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $120 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through the cold months without gas isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
Heather is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
