Moving day volunteers: Sani's family relocating in Ikeja
Sani has found a safe new apartment in Ikeja and needs help moving heavy furniture on Saturday.

After my landlord sold the building, I found a safe, affordable apartment in Ikeja, and the lease starts on Saturday. I have two children, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers.
I'm hoping for four volunteers for about six hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel.
The old place is on the second floor and the new place has a ground-floor entrance. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me.
I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Stay strong, Sani. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better.
Best of luck, Sani. Hope you get there. Wish I lived closer to Durban so I could bring a meal. Love from Kinondoni.
You're not alone, Sani. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Thinking of Ikeja.
Stay strong. Looking forward to the next update. Love from Rochester.
A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. Don't give up. God bless.
