Moving day volunteers: Maverick's family relocating in Southampton
Moving day on Wednesday: we need 3-4 helpers and ideally a van.

After an unsafe stairwell, I found a safe, affordable apartment in Southampton, and the lease starts on Wednesday. I have three kids, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers.
I'm hoping for 3-4 helpers for about three hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel.
The old place is on the fourth floor walk-up and the new place has a ground-floor entrance. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me.
I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
