Moving day volunteers: Jahid's family relocating in Coimbatore
Moving day on Wednesday: we need anyone with a van and ideally a van.
🇮🇳 Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India645 views
After the rent increase, I found a safe, affordable apartment in Coimbatore, and the lease starts on Wednesday. I have two children, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers.
I'm hoping for anyone with a van for about four hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel.
The old place is on the fourth floor walk-up and the new place has an elevator. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me.
I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
