After the death of both parents, Miguel has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at Móstoles Wellbeing Centre cost $60 each. Miguel has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Miguel could afford. The therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
