Mercedes needs my food truck repaired to get back to work in Monterrey
Mercedes's my food truck is Mercedes's only source of income and needs a rear axle replacement costing $500.

I make my living with my food truck. 4 weeks ago the rear axle failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $500. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my wife and our newborn. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $500 goes:
• rear axle replacement (parts): $260
• Labor charges: $120
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $70
• Towing and inspection: $50
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

Shared it with a few friends. Love from Johannesburg.
sending love, Mercedes. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Take care.
