Mental health support for Sipho after years of caregiving
Sipho is working through years of caregiving and needs help paying for 16 sessions with a licensed counselor.

After years of caregiving, Sipho has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Soweto cost $20 each.
Sipho has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Sipho could afford. The therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Sipho, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
