Help Mega with an overdue electricity bill before the rainy season

The electricity account is 2 months behind. Mega received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on March unless $100 is paid. She had never been late before December's medical emergency.
Mega called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available.
The household includes an elderly mother, and going through the rainy season without electricity isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Mega is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Mega's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
Where the $100 goes:
• Utility arrears: $60
• Reconnection and late fees: $15
• Down payment on a payment plan: $25
