Mental health support for Ravi after years of caregiving

After years of caregiving, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at the Nagpur Counselling Collective cost $10 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.

The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.

Sure. The biggest one is 12 therapy sessions, $190. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Thanks for asking.
