Mental health support for Lestari after years of caregiving

After years of caregiving, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at the Makassar Counselling Collective cost $15 each. I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
