Lucas's laparoscopic cyst removal can't wait - please help us cover the bill
After osteoarthritis in the right knee, Lucas was cleared for laparoscopic cyst removal, but the bill is more than we can manage.

Lucas was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in the right knee in May. The surgeon at Paris Regional Medical Center recommended laparoscopic cyst removal, and He is scheduled for July. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $6,000, and after what my insurance will pay we're still $3,050 short.
my son has been in and out of Paris Regional Medical Center since May. The doctors say osteoarthritis in the right knee will get worse without laparoscopic cyst removal. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $6,000 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Lucas struggles with daily life and can't walk without help. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 10 weeks. During that time Lucas won't be able to walk without help, so the costs keep growing.
