Liên needs a freezer and scales to reopen a fish stall
Liên lost a freezer and scales to a storm that collapsed the roof and needs $200 to reopen a fish stall and support the family.

For fifteen years I have run a fish stall in Cần Thơ. In August, a storm that collapsed the roof took a freezer and scales. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Wednesday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 8 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $200 goes:
• Shop repairs and licensing: $65
• Initial stock: the first catch: $70
• Working capital for the first month: $65
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
